Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the item ships.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand periods, carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Cost
We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
WarmCare Pro is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues. However, we will gladly help you contact the carrier and track your package.
